Returns and Warranty

At Luv Puzzles Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee and hassle-free returns.

How to Return or Exchange Your Items:

If you need to return or exchange a puzzle or any other item, the process is simple:

Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN#):
Before sending any items back, obtain an RAN# from our Customer Care team. Make sure to have your order number handy, which can be found on your confirmation email, packing slip, or invoice.
Important Information

Refund Eligibility:
​
Unopened products can be refunded within 365 days, upon approval from Luv Puzzles Inc. Please note that refunds do not cover the original shipping charges. Items returned after 365 days will receive store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
​
Return Conditions:
​
Returned items must be in new, unopened, and resalable condition, including all original boxes, product bag, parts, posters, instruction booklets, and manuals.
​
Returns must be in the original shrink-wrap, with postage prepaid.
​
Ensure you have approval and an RAN# before sending back any items. Returns without an RAN# may not be credited.
​
Return Information:
Include your full name, address, telephone number, order number, reason for return, and RAN# with your return package.
​
Manufacturer Defects:
Items with manufacturer defects will be referred to the manufacturer for return or exchange. Our Customer Care team will assist with contact information and help facilitate the replacement process.

Shipping Damage and Missing Items:
​
Items damaged during shipping or missing items will be replaced or credited by Luv Puzzles Inc. We will file a claim with the courier on your behalf. Please note that this process may take some time.
​
Undeliverable Packages:
​
Packages returned to Luv Puzzles Inc. as undeliverable will be refunded, minus any shipping costs, to the original payment method.

Non-Refundables
​
Items that have been opened or are not in their original packaging cannot be refunded. Additionally, gift certificates, special orders, customized products, altered products, and other specified items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
​
Luv Puzzles Inc. facilitates exchanges by processing them as a return of your original order combined with the placement of a new order. Your new order will be shipped immediately, regardless of whether we have received the returned items, and your card will be charged for the new order. Once we receive the returned goods, you will be credited for their cost.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
​
Report any damaged, defective, or missing items to Luv Puzzles Inc. within 30 days. If your items were damaged in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier and send out a replacement item along with a return shipping label for the damaged item. Replacement or missing items will be shipped using the most economical shipping method available. Please keep the original packaging for carrier inspection. Your account will be charged for the replacement item, and you will receive a credit for the defective item once it is received by Luv Puzzles.

Processing Refunds & Credits
​
Credits will be applied upon receipt of the returned goods. Luv Puzzles Inc. will process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks for processing once we have received your return. We are not responsible for delays caused by mail services or your credit card company. Refunds will be issued in the same method as your original payment—credit card, PayPal, check, etc. If you have not received your refund after 2 weeks, please contact us.
